A Full Service Immigration Law Firm

Hyder Immigration Law is focused on assisting individuals, families and employers in every aspect of their immigration and naturalization needs and challenges.

Founding attorney Naureen F. Hyder’s personal and professional inspiration is her late father, Syed I. Hyder, Esq. Mr. Hyder’s name is still well known in local legal and civic circles, as he practiced immigration law for more than 20 years assisting thousands of clients.

Though the team at Hyder Immigration Law may not have known Mr. Hyder personally, his legacy remains resonant and continues to guide each member of the team to deliver the same level of service with the same level of commitment he exemplified. His dedication has sustained a reputation that endures so many years after his passing.

I love the practice of immigration law. I know that my work helps other families to realize the same goals and dreams my immigrant parents held so dearly. This is in my blood.

Service Before Services

Naureen F. Hyder says it’s personal. "Why I practice immigration law and how I practice immigration law is personal to me. I understand the high stakes of our clients’ cases. By being truly, personally involved in a case, we benefit our clients. My team is hand-picked to always put clients first: to speak to them, to answer their questions, to ensure they understand their case and the steps each member of our team is taking on their behalf. We offer peace of mind."

Call it the respect factor. "Our clients know that we respect them. It’s the little things. They don’t wait for an hour or more when they come to the office for a meeting. We really do return their calls in a reasonable time frame. We communicate a clear plan and strategy to each client and communicate early and often so the client is always aware of what stage their case is in. And, we always take time to deal with their needs as we would for our own families. The respect factor changes everything."
